1. Publish requirements is impossible in Vietnam

On May 19th, publish requirements and account type is here, This means that you can only publish to 16+ players if you age verified or if you not age verified, then you can only publish for personal use. However, vietnamese developers can't publish their games because vietnamese developers can't age check because of Vietnam's Privacy & Data Protection Law. If you attempt to complete publish requirements, then you will see this.

Yeah, publish requirements is impossible, it's all coming soon, but VIETNAM ONLY FOR ALL AGES. THAT'S A SCAM, if I try to publish on my popular public game, then guess what, INTERNAL SERVER ERROR, ROBLOX is never fixing this for vietnamese developers after GTA 6. Because of that, vietnamese developers are switching to global ROBLOX.

2. Hard to get my games to all ages if I switched to global ROBLOX

Ok. New developers encountered a May 19th update problem. This is a problem when new developers struggle to get their games to all ages, why? Because of HIGHLY ENGAGED PLAYERS OR REFUNDABLE PUBLISHING FEE. There are 2 methods to get your game to all ages, highly engaged players and refundable publishing fee. The first method is highly engaged players, which new developers tried to get many highly engaged players as soon as possible by posting video and meme related to their game, but often failed because of 56% players are under 17 years old. The second method is refundable publishing fee, which is almost impossible for free-to-play developers.

In conclusion, new developers in ROBLOX became almost obsolete. HOWEVER, Korone, a ROBLOX revival, can save the ROBLOX developing, but without 2022-Present features.
